Tell us what the water is doing.
Steve or Anna reads every request and calls back, usually within the hour during business hours. If a pipe is actively leaking or a drain is backing up into the house, skip the form and call the emergency line instead.

What to have ready when you call
1.What the water is doing
Dripping, spraying, backing up, running brown, or just not hot. One plain sentence is enough, and it tells us which truck to roll and which parts to load.
2.Where it is
Under the kitchen sink, behind a wall, in the yard near the meter, in the water heater closet. A town name helps too, since it sets how soon we can get there.
3.Since when
A slow weep that started last month is a different job from a pipe that let go an hour ago. Note any change in water bill or pressure along the way.
4.Whether the main shutoff is off
If water is still running where it should not be, turn the main shutoff to closed before you dial. Tell us if it would not budge, because a seized valve is part of the repair.
Not sure what you are looking at? Say so. Describing the puddle is enough to start.
